A neglected house with over 100 years of history held within its creaking timbers, most people would have demolished this building with much of a second thought. I saw potential and embarked on a long and complicated restoration so that this building could once again take a proud position in the 300-year old village of Pointe-Claire, Québec. Renovations were very extensive and included new foundations, new wood cladding, new metal roofing, new windows, full insulation, re-wiring, re-plumbing, structural modifications and more.
The commercial space on the ground floor is now home to Avocado Sushi. I managed the renovations to establish this wonderful little sushi bar in the Village of Pointe-Claire.
The loft apartment on the second floor is for rent and its current availability and other details can be viewed here.
